As part of a larger research project, Eneref Institute interviewed numerous retail businesses owners who had recently installed solar hot water systems to offset fossil fuel costs. What we found was although the businesses traded in completely different products and services, the positive value and goodwill each business owner reported as a result of installing solar hot water systems was overwhelmingly positive and surprisingly similar.
